"I used to hate visiting a hairdresser. It was a waking nightmare. But my mother one day recommended Richard at Envy to me, and now I won't let anyone else near my hair!
A great cut and colour, and you can feel the expertise from the initial assessment through to the finishing touches. A clear explanation not only of what he is doing but why - everything from making sure my pale skin doesn't look too washed out by a dull colour to bringing out the shape and colour of my eyes with a cut, shaping hair around my glasses, general hair care (without the pushy sales pitch to buy unnecessary product!), and generally how to make dealing with my hair easier.
Oh... And how could I forget - there was also the offer of hot or cold drinks (good coffee too!) and a decadent chocolate brownie while my colour was processing. How's that for above and beyond service?!
