We know you are eager for your hair appointment so we thought we'd take a moment to cover some key actions we are taking to during this unprecedented time.
Things may look a little different as we work within new industry standards including social distancing, safety, and sanitation practices in order to provide you with an amazing and safe experience in our salon. Our stylists wear appropriate PPE according to NZ Government guidelines, if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask there is no judgement here and you may bring your own. Please come alone to your appointment, arrive on time, and keep your phone handy for entertainment. Payment by eftpos/credit is preferred & Free WIFI is available.
We are open for hair services at Alert Level 1 & Alert Level 2. If the NZ Government raises or extends Covid-19 Alert Levels to Level 3 or above, appointments may be automatically rolled over or postponed on a fair basis to make sure no one who holds an appointment misses out. We appreciate your understanding & will notify you if this is the case.
In consideration of our clients & staff, we kindly ask that prior to your appointment:
You have not returned from overseas travel within the last 2 weeks, and have had no close contact with anyone who returned from overseas within the last 2 weeks.
You are showing no signs of illness, including suspected COVID-19 symptoms.
You are not awaiting results of a COVID-19 test, or have been in close contact with anyone who is a suspected, probable, or confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 2 weeks.
Re: Contact Tracing
From Wednesday 8th September 2021 The New Zealand Government has legislated to make Covid-19 Contact Tracing mandatory for all customers, workers, and visitors in NZ businesses.
For your convenience, please scan the QR Code provided, or use our manual Contact Tracing register to record your visit to ENVY Salon.
